To help you decide whether psychotherapy is right for you we initially meet for a single exploratory session. This is your opportunity to tell me something about your self and what you are looking for. You can also ask me any questions you have. At the end of this meeting I will go over all the practical details; an appointment time that is mutually convenient, frequency of appointments and fees.

Generally we will meet once each week at the same time for 50 minutes.
